Rylee's Radishes

Rylee is very proud of her first harvest from her Norfolk garden.
Her and Rikki are really working hard on their gardens.

More Chicken Pictures (just can't help myself)

After dinner

Do you see three chickens?

Happy Birthday To Me

This beautiful woodpecker was outside the kitchen window today.  This is the second time I have seen him.  I hope he comes back again. He seems to like that post.

Rylee picked this beautiful bouquet for me.

My favorite brand of tea.  You should smell the Cardamon Cinnamon!  Most excellent teas!

Mid-June Garden

I was wondering if Sasha could identify this herb?  It may be from seed I got from you.

We picked our first greens today.  So fresh!

Sara's Visit to the Farm

We finally got Sara out the farm again for a BBQ.  She had been so busy with work and graduation and trips and friends that we actually had to make an appointment to get her out.  It was a nice evening.

Raising a Squak

Random Moments

Rylee adding the finishing touches onto one of our many versions of bruschetta.

Alex's view of our backyard

Rikki doing one of those jobs we do when we don't have more pressing things to do.  This is the back of the house - so we don't care how long it takes to get done.

Fire Pit

We were in need of a fire pit, so we designed or own.
A few days later, I got an early birthday gift from Sasha and Danny in the mail.
Can't wait to try out the new fire pit also.

Mother and Offspring

I always find something fun to photograph while I am on the water sampling runs.  This summer I do the sampling every other week vs. every other month, so lots of chances for photos.

Pretty Pair

Shall we name them Jack and Diane?

Yet Again

We mow therefore we eat
(lots and lots of s'mores)

Washtub Planter

Can't wait to see them start "spilling" over the sides.
The flowers did  well in these last year.
There is a drain hole on the bottom that really helps.

Shy

It is harder for some of us to come out of our shells.
